Network Partnerships & Coverage
In collaboration with Ocean Wave and V.net, we operate FTTH distribution networks providing full-city coverage across Mandalay. Our network reached 1,500 active customers by December 2023 with a link capacity of 4.5 Gbps (as of Dec 2023). We own our datacenter and distribute dedicated internet access (DIA) through ATOM and Ooredoo to other Zoom Plus regions.

- We are providing the FTTH customer after sale service according to the followings:
- Within the service level of within 72 hours for FTTH, major troubleshooting such as cable cut, ONU malfunction and on- site troubleshooting required sites will have to be solved.
- For the Business Plan customers, the SLA is 24 Hours and 24- 7 hot line is provided.
- We are providing B2B DIA service with very attractive prices to the enterprise companies, providing end to end IT solutions for their convenience either.
